Is a low-carb diet program really efficient? I guess it depends on your description of effective. Yes, a low-carb diet will help you lose fat easily, possibly faster than anything short of a complete crash diet. Nevertheless, there are some things you have to know regarding carbohydrates that will help shed some light on exactly why a low-carb diet plan is certainly not a permanent weight reduction solution, how it will affect you, and precisely why it isn't especially secure.

Whenever you finally do begin consuming carbs again, your body will change even more of them into fat than it typically would in preparation for another fast.
